As a Senior Technical Program Manager II, you will oversee project management to translate complex technical builds into business solutions, ensuring alignment between customer goals and engineering output.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of evaluation pipelines and testing frameworks for AI agents.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Monitor agent health and critical KPIs to ensure production readiness.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of program management experience.
- Experience with AI Agents and technical roadmaps.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years managing complex cross-functional projects.
