Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability and strategic contact with stakeholders.
  • Influence internal product development and network strategy.
  • Lead planning and review sessions with executive leadership.
  • Manage escalations for high-stakes strategic issues.
  • Collaborate with engineers to deliver large technical networking projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional network infrastructure or software engineering projects.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise networking, including Software-Defined Networking (SDN).
  • Strong data fluency and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of leading strategic alignment sessions.
