Senior Staff UX Interaction Designer, Cloud AI

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or New York, NY.

Compensation:

$237,000-$329,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of new AI-driven concepts that transform how people create, code, and share information.
• Transform AI agent workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Own the design process from strategic ideation to high-fidelity execution.
• Build conceptual models and prototypes to test AI-driven ideas and iterate based on user research.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve problems and define the future of how people and AI work together.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product design or UX.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in product design or UX.
• 7 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.

• 5 years of experience working with executive leaders.
