Compensation:

$262,000-$365,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
  • Develop next-generation AI technologies that empower Google users.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into valuable app features.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 7 years of full stack development experience with back-end (Java, Python, GO, C++) and front-end (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
  • 5 years of experience in ML driven workflows or AI-based assistants.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
  • 5 years in a technical leadership role.
