Senior Staff Software Engineer, Agents, Workspace

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$262,000-$365,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate alignment across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
• Drive technical project strategy and oversee the design and implementation of state-of-the-art GenAI solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in Software Development.
• 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy and optimizing industry-scale ML infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture of software products.
• 2 years of experience with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 3 years of experience developing agentic systems.
