Compensation:

$262,000-$365,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical discovery and implementation of agentic workflows that transform the Data Cloud into an autonomous, AI-native foundation.
  • Mentor a high-caliber team of engineers to balance rapid prototyping with rigorous technical validation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate frontier problems into clear technical specifications.
  • Design and deploy multimodal analytics capabilities within the Data Cloud.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy and optimizing ML infrastructure.
  • 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
