Compensation:

$262,000-$365,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical direction for the Workspace Data Science (WDS) GenAI Foundations team.
  • Utilize AI models and tools to evaluate and synthesize complex datasets.
  • Develop methodologies to enhance Google's models through improved training data.
  • Drive experimentation and evaluation across the Workspace GenAI Platform.
  • Collaborate with Research, Engineering, and Product teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field or 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), and statistical analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in analytics or 10 years with a PhD.
