About the job:

Leverage expertise in the full life-cycle of data for large-scale AI models, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs). Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to enhance AI performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex data science problems focusing on model evaluation and fine-tuning data for LLMs.
  • Design and deploy data acquisition and quality improvement techniques.
  • Utilize AI models for evaluating and understanding complex datasets.
  • Collaborate with Research, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Develop methodologies to improve Google's models through better training data.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field or 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), and statistical analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 12 years of relevant experience or 10 years with a PhD.
