About the job:
Leverage expertise in the full life-cycle of data for large-scale AI models, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs). Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to enhance AI performance.
Responsibilities:
- Solve complex data science problems focusing on model evaluation and fine-tuning data for LLMs.
- Design and deploy data acquisition and quality improvement techniques.
- Utilize AI models for evaluating and understanding complex datasets.
- Collaborate with Research, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Develop methodologies to improve Google's models through better training data.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field or 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), and statistical analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- 12 years of relevant experience or 10 years with a PhD.
