Compensation:
$237,000-$329,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects focused on new product ideas and opportunities within AI Mode.
- Manage the experience of shipping features in AI Mode.
- Influence executive leaders and cross-functional partners to build innovative experiences.
- Create clarity through design and prototyping.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product design or UX with a focus on AI.
- Portfolio or relevant work links required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 15 years of experience in product design or UX with a focus on AI.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms and modalities.
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
