Compensation:

$237,000-$329,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects focused on new product ideas and opportunities within AI Mode.
  • Manage the experience of shipping features in AI Mode.
  • Influence executive leaders and cross-functional partners to build innovative experiences.
  • Create clarity through design and prototyping.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product design or UX with a focus on AI.
  • Portfolio or relevant work links required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in product design or UX with a focus on AI.
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms and modalities.
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
