Senior Staff Engineer, Google Cloud Storage (Mandarin, English)

This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the technical roadmap for the AI/ML storage client portfolio.
- Lead the architecture of integrated storage solutions and analyze performance bottlenecks.
- Act as the architectural bridge between Google Cloud Storage and other core engineering.
- Mentor executive engineers and elevate the technical bar for the storage group.
- Work with stakeholders to understand the requirements of AI/ML users.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture of software products.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a technical leadership role.
- Software development experience in C++ or Python.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with storage technologies.
