Senior Staff Engineer, Google Cloud Storage (Mandarin, English)

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the technical roadmap for AI/ML storage solutions.
• Lead architecture of integrated storage solutions and analyze performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards across the storage group.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand AI/ML user requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 5 years in design, architecture, and testing/launching software products.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical leadership experience.
• Proficiency in C++ or Python, and large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience managing multiple engineering projects.
• Knowledge of storage technologies.
