Compensation:

$262000 - $365000/year + 25% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of large data sets, including data gathering, processing, cleaning, and visualization.
  • Influence product direction by presenting insights to stakeholders and executives.
  • Define key metrics for measuring data quality and customer engagement.
  • Research methods to improve the quality of ML applications, including LLMs.
  • Conduct independent research on data's impact on model quality.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field and 10 years of experience, or 8 years with a PhD.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in analytics and 6 years in a technical leadership role.
