Senior Software Engineering Manager, Virtual Storage (Mandarin, English)

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Build a team responsible for SSD storage products, setting priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with multiple partner teams and support critical customers.
• Develop technical goals and roadmaps, evolving them to meet future requirements.
• Design systems and write development code to address complex problems.
• Establish long-term goals for storage features and collaborate with partner teams.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years in software development with 7 years in large-scale infrastructure.
• 5 years in technical leadership and people management roles.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
• Experience in complex organizations and storage technologies.
