This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Build a team responsible for SSD storage products, features, reliability, and performance.
- Coordinate among multiple partner teams and support critical customers.
- Develop technical goals and roadmaps within the team.
- Design systems and write product development code.
- Set long-term goals for storage core features and performance.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years in software development.
- 7 years in large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
- 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- 5 years in people management.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
- 5 years in a complex organization.
- Experience in Storage and Virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with storage networking protocols.
