Compensation:

$248,000-$349,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Set technical goals and roadmap for diagnostics and operational tooling.
  • Manage a team of Software Development Engineers and Software Engineers.
  • Oversee diagnostics and troubleshooting of supportability issues.
  • Implement success metrics for operational performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of software development experience.
  • 7 years in large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
  • 5 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 5 years in people management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Building cloud or systems-level infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with SLOs and metrics integration.
  • Ability to guide teams in building scalable systems.
