Senior Software Engineering Manager, Core, engEDU

This role is based in New York, NY or Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$262,000-$365,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for major projects and manage project goals.
• Contribute to product strategy and develop your team of engineers.
• Oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development.
• 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy and optimizing ML infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
