Senior Software Engineering Manager, Commerce AI, Backend

Location: Sunnyvale, CA, USA; Kirkland, WA, USA

Compensation:

$262,000-$365,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a high-performing backend team.
• Oversee automation of enterprise onboarding processes and backend feature development.
• Drive technical design for AI integration projects and ensure compliance with security requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years in software development and 7 years in technical project leadership.
• Experience with ML infrastructure and team management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
• Experience with Large Language Models and enterprise security.
