Senior Software Engineering Manager, AI/ML

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals.
• Develop long-term technical goals and roadmap.
• Oversee systems designs and review product development code.
• Drive technical project strategy and lead large-scale ML infrastructure optimization.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development.
• 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy and ML design.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience working in a matrixed organization.
