Compensation:

$248,000-$349,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project goals and contribute to product strategy.
  • Oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites.
  • Drive technical project strategy and lead ML infrastructure optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of software development experience in languages like Python, C++, or Java.
  • 7 years of experience in technical project strategy and ML infrastructure.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 5 years of experience in a complex organization.
