Compensation:

$262,000-$365,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the DV3 Backend Platform engineering team, setting direction and providing technical leadership.
  • Work closely with cross-functional leads to set strategy and goals for key growth areas.
  • Ensure the long-term health and evolution of the DV3 Backend serving and optimization infrastructure.
  • Identify key technical risks and opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and drive consensus on technical direction.
  • Mentor team members to develop their skills and shape a high-performance culture.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 7 years of experience with full stack development (Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, etc.).
  • 5 years of experience building large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
  • 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of people management experience.
  • Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record in a development environment using Generative AI.
