Senior Software Engineer, Text To Speech

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech evaluation pipelines development.
• Design and launch experiments, including human evaluations, and autoraters to build scorecards for systems.
• Triage customer issues related to model behavior and identifying solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with speech/audio technology or ML fields.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure.
• Knowledge of coding in Python and C++.
