Senior Software Engineer, Photos Video Consumption

This role is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Develop features in the Photos Mobile application (Android or iOS).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design, build and deploy new product features.
• Work with engineers to improve software architecture.
• Mentor and lead engineers on the team.
• Identify and resolve issues in existing code.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in software development with Kotlin/Java/C++ or Objective-C/Swift.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• 6 years of experience building Android or iOS software products.
• Experience in a Technical Leadership role.
