Senior Software Engineer, Google Cloud, Agent Building

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with customers to understand their business issues and design custom conversational AI agents.
• Systematize learnings from customer engagements by creating reusable tools and establishing best practices.
• Act as a high-level problem solver, writing bespoke code and contributing to the core product codebase.
• Lead the design and implementation of solutions in specialized ML areas and optimize ML infrastructure.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
• 5 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
