This role is based in San Jose, CA.

Compensation:

$166,000-$244,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Set technical direction and create technical roadmap for scaling Protection AI in the Android ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine product roadmap and timelines.
  • Design, develop, and launch infrastructure to support fast protection AI feature development.
  • Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve them.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
  • 3 years of experience with full stack development, including Java, Kotlin, and Android Development.
  • 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience developing accessible technologies.
