This role is based in Mountain View, CA or Boulder, CO.

Compensation:

$166,000-$244,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable front-end and back-end services using Angular, React, and Kotlin.
  • Collaborate with research teams to apply Large Language Model and multi-modal techniques.
  • Lead the design and implementation of applications that understand user intent.
  • Manage data storage and retrieval through spanner integration.
  • Define APIs and iterate on projects within Google Labs.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in TypeScript and Kotlin.
  • 3 years of experience designing and launching scalable front-end applications.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with WebGL or similar web-based 3D graphics APIs.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React.
