Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack, Local Search Ads

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$174,000-$255,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Write and test product or system development code.
  • Build full-stack solutions across the ad serving lifecycle.
  • Analyze local query intent to design and implement novel ad formats.
  • Conduct data analysis to measure ad relevance and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to launch effective local ads solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in C++.
  • 5 years of experience in data analysis with SQL.
  • 5 years of experience in algorithms design and implementation.
  • 3 years of full-stack development experience with Java, Python, Golang, or C++ and front-end technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with machine learning models for ad ranking.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive complex projects.
