Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack, Enterprise Platforms Engineering

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements from product managers and translate them to engineering solutions.
• Propose architectural changes to the system or build new systems.
• Provide technical leadership to software engineers on the team.
• Drive new project initiatives to expand the team’s charter and responsibilities.
• Align strategy, processes, and decision-making within adjacent teams.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience with full stack development, including back-end languages like Java, Python, Golang, or C++, and front-end technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
