Senior Software Engineer, Engineering Productivity

This role is based in Kraków or Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design reviews and select technologies.
• Review code and provide feedback on best practices.
• Triage product or system issues and resolve them.
• Analyze complex software systems and design solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of software development experience.
• 3 years with embedded operating systems.
• 1 year in software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science.
• 5 years with data structures/algorithms.
• 1 year in a technical leadership role.
