Senior Software Engineer, Data Engineering

This role is based in Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Define the way logs and metrics should be exported, processed and consumed by collaborating across teams.
• Define and implement Service Level Objectives that track user experience, platform usage, and overall business impact.
• Build, evolve and maintain infrastructures to process data.
• Drive adoption of the Analytics Framework across the organization.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with Data Engineering skills, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with code reviews, project scoping, and mentoring.
