This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or Kirkland, WA with opportunities to work on AI-driven GRC solutions.

Compensation:

$174,000-$252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews.
  • Design and implement solutions in specialized Machine Learning areas.
  • Build and maintain a scalable platform for AI-driven GRC functions.
  • Develop AI/ML models to automate Continuous Controls Monitoring and risk management workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of software development experience in Java or Golang.
  • 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure and generative AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience in a technical leadership role.
