Compensation:

$171,000-$254,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Pixel social team to deliver social campaigns and develop the social strategy.
  • Manage editorial content and calendars across platforms like YouTube.
  • Lead planning and launch phases for new social channels.
  • Coordinate with agencies on creative feedback and approvals for social assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 9 years in consumer-facing social media marketing.
  • 5 years of agency management experience.
  • 1 year of people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with global and local marketing dynamics.
  • Consumer technology experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
