Compensation:

$171,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the outlook and resource allocation for Google's retail marketing to achieve store awareness, traffic, and loyalty goals.
  • Execute comprehensive campaigns and establish a repeatable local go-to-market playbook.
  • Optimize user engagement by designing lifecycle programs and high-impact experiential events.
  • Manage the global branded merchandise strategy.
  • Align executive stakeholders by utilizing deep research insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in marketing across various fields.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience scaling omnichannel growth campaigns.
  • Track record of executing tier 1 in-store events.
  • Expertise in launching consumer electronics in retail.
