$171,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic outlook and resource allocation for Google's retail marketing.
  • Execute comprehensive campaigns to drive community foot traffic.
  • Optimize user engagement through lifecycle programs and high-impact events.
  • Manage global branded merchandise strategy.
  • Align executive stakeholders using research insights.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in marketing across various fields.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience scaling omnichannel growth campaigns.
  • Track record of executing in-store events and merchandise strategies.
  • Expertise in launching consumer electronics in retail.
  • Ability to use customer insights for demand-generation initiatives.
