Compensation:

$166,000-$244,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business questions and translate them into analysis.
  • Conduct data analysis on GenAI: evals, performer evals, training data, user logs.
  • Gather information and business goals around the questions to answer.
  • Own the data gathering and validation process using tools like SQL, R, and Python.
  • Evaluate development metrics including human eval templates and autoraters.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, etc.).
  • 5 years of experience in analytics or 3 years with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in analytics or 6 years with a PhD.
  • Experience with human evals and autoraters.
  • Experience prompting/training large language models.
