Compensation:
$166,000-$244,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business questions and translate them into analysis.
- Conduct data analysis on GenAI: evals, performer evals, training data, user logs.
- Gather information and business goals around the questions to answer.
- Own the data gathering and validation process using tools like SQL, R, and Python.
- Evaluate development metrics including human eval templates and autoraters.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, etc.).
- 5 years of experience in analytics or 3 years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in analytics or 6 years with a PhD.
- Experience with human evals and autoraters.
- Experience prompting/training large language models.
