Compensation:

$174,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Solve ambiguous problems in the Generative Artificial Intelligence safety space.
  • Develop quantitative methodologies to curate training and evaluation data.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on measuring violation rates.
  • Provide feedback and refine business questions into tractable analysis.
  • Gather, extract, and compile data across various sources.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), and statistical analysis.
  • 4 years of experience in data analysis as a statistician or data scientist.

Preferred qualifications:

  • PhD in a related quantitative field.
  • 8 years of experience in analytics or 6 years with a PhD.
  • Experience in training or optimizing language models.
  • Experience analyzing multi-modal data.
