About the job:
The Central Operations Analytics team's mission is to enhance quality and manufacturing using data-driven strategies. This includes developing scalable data tools, advanced dashboards, and algorithms to solve critical business problems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business questions and develop analytical models.
- Design and evaluate models to address defined problems.
- Develop tools for root cause analysis and statistical process control.
- Gather and validate data from various sources using SQL, R, and Python.
- Analyze data to inform design improvements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in analytics or 3 years with a PhD.
- Experience with ETL tools and root cause analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in analytics or 6 years with a PhD.
- Experience in manufacturing or quality analytics.
