About the job:

The Central Operations Analytics team's mission is to enhance quality and manufacturing using data-driven strategies. This includes developing scalable data tools, advanced dashboards, and algorithms to solve critical business problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business questions and develop analytical models.
  • Design and evaluate models to address defined problems.
  • Develop tools for root cause analysis and statistical process control.
  • Gather and validate data from various sources using SQL, R, and Python.
  • Analyze data to inform design improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in analytics or 3 years with a PhD.
  • Experience with ETL tools and root cause analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in analytics or 6 years with a PhD.
  • Experience in manufacturing or quality analytics.
