Senior Research Data Scientist, AI Developer Tools

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$174000 - $253000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Engineering and Product Management to shape Generative AI-based development tools.
• Apply advanced statistical methodologies to manage business questions and design metrics.
• Conduct launch evaluations and experimentation frameworks for data-driven feature rollouts.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field and 5 years of experience in analytics, or 3 years with a PhD.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in analytics or 6 years with a PhD, familiarity with machine learning techniques and LLMs.
