Senior Program Manager, Safety, Alignment, and Collaboration, DeepMind

This role is based in Mountain View, CA, and involves leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects while collaborating with teams across various locations.

Compensation:

$252,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules and identify risks.
• Bridge high-level strategy with operational execution.
• Lead annual and biannual planning processes.
• Coordinate high-visibility executive reviews.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience leading programs across multiple geographies.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Understanding of AGI safety and LLMs.
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
