Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As the Mental Health and Well-Being Program Manager at Google, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Mental Health and Well-Being programs and services globally. You will play a critical role in promoting the health and safety of our employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of care. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Data Center Operations, Hardware Operations, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders, to drive positive outcomes and support Google's commitment to employee health.
