$221,000-$311,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
About the job:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage governance forums and executive reporting processes.
- Establish and oversee performance reporting for contractors and cost savings.
- Coordinate funding requests for executive approval.
- Advocate for strategic, cross-functional programs and process improvements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management or project controls.
- 5 years of experience leading PMO teams focused on process improvement.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in data center construction or heavy industrial project delivery.
