Compensation:

$221,000-$311,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage governance forums and executive reporting processes.
  • Establish and oversee performance reporting for contractors and cost savings.
  • Coordinate funding requests for executive approval.
  • Advocate for strategic, cross-functional programs and process improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management or project controls.
  • 5 years of experience leading PMO teams focused on process improvement.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in data center construction or heavy industrial project delivery.
