Senior Program Manager I, Android XR Dogfood

Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple cross-functional hardware and software XR dogfood programs from inception to completion, tracking milestones, deliverables, and critical product risks.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage user groups based on demographics and device coverage, while coordinating global distribution points for seamless execution.
  • Analyze and report on program performance, user engagement, and feedback triage to management.
  • Support the dogfood community by assessing, triaging, and advocating for user feedback.
  • Partner closely with XR Engineering and Hardware teams to leverage program insights.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical experience.
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 7 years of industry experience in working with engineers and managing large, complex projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player and creative thinker.
