Compensation:

$174,000-$258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for improving alignment and business performance between Engineering and Sales.
  • Design and manage programs to streamline collaboration and accelerate outcomes.
  • Partner with teams to define requirements for tooling integrations.
  • Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for process effectiveness.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders in Sales and Engineering.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional programs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience as an executive consulting leader.
  • Understanding of the cloud services industry.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
