Senior Program Manager, GTM Programs

Compensation:
$174,000-$258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for improving alignment and business performance between Engineering and Sales.
- Design and manage programs to streamline collaboration and accelerate outcomes.
- Partner with teams to define requirements for tooling integrations.
- Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for process effectiveness.
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders in Sales and Engineering.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting.
- Experience in leading cross-functional programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience as an executive consulting leader.
- Understanding of the cloud services industry.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
