Senior Program Manager, Data Center Construction

This role is based in Ohio, USA, with remote eligibility.

Compensation:

$174,000-$258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage data center projects from inception through to completion.
  • Support special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facility.
  • Gather internal requirements and deliver solutions that satisfy customer needs.
  • Maintain responsibility from construction to deployment.
  • Resolve critical issues while adhering to project timelines and costs.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 8 years of experience with technical teams managing data center projects.
  • 8 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, and infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related technical field.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of safety management best practices.
