This role is based in San Francisco, CA, where you will oversee product marketing strategy for AI products.

Compensation:

$171,000-$248,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a product marketing team to enhance global messaging.
  • Align technical roadmaps with reputation goals in collaboration with executive leadership.
  • Transform partnerships into advocacy networks through impactful storytelling.
  • Define success metrics and collaborate with insights teams to track marketing performance.
  • Oversee the creative process and ensure alignment with research timelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 9 years of marketing experience, including branding and messaging.
  • 3 years of direct people management experience.
  • Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with technical experts and executive leaders.
  • Proven track record in narrative development for scientific and climate initiatives.
  • Ability to lead teams in ambiguous environments.
