Compensation:
$165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid social media strategy across key platforms.
- Design, build, and scale a paid social lead generation engine.
- Manage paid social campaigns from budget allocation to performance optimization.
- Establish a measurement framework to track performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to align on lead quality and business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in social media marketing or related fields.
- Experience leading social media channels and strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing paid social strategies impacting sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
- Understanding of paid social platforms and performance measurement.
