Senior Product Manager, YouTube Shorts Ads

This role is based in Mountain View, CA or San Bruno, CA.
Compensation:
$192,000 - $279,000/year + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Unite Engineering, UX, Data Science, Finance, and Sales to establish a compelling product goal and define a clear roadmap.
- Own the end-to-end product development life-cycle for new ad solutions and monetization strategies across YouTube Shorts.
- Drive a culture of data-driven experimentation by constructing hypotheses for new ad formats and system improvements.
- Collaborate with various teams to evolve models and systems for Shorts.
- Coordinate with go-to-market and measurement teams to ensure successful launch and performance of ad solutions.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience with Data Analysis/SQL and Experiment Analysis.
- Experience managing product development or roadmaps for products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or other advanced degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with ads infrastructure components.
- Experience in user behavior for mobile-first, vertical video environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
