Senior Product Data Scientist, Google Home Quality and Intelligence

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Interpret automated and human quality metrics to identify product health indicators.
• Promote a culture of data-informed decision-making and experimentation.
• Act as a data science expert on AI evaluation methodologies.
• Prototype analyses and business cases to provide scalable insights.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI evaluation and data science.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience in analytics or 5 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience in causal inference analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience with large language model quality assessment.
