Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data using SQL, R, and Python to solve product and business problems.
  • Develop processes to understand the relationship between ads and organic engagement.
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business reviews.
  • Prototype analysis and business cases to provide insights at scale.
  • Define and oversee concepts like ad load and user impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 8 years of experience in analytics or 5 years with an advanced degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 8 years of experience in analytics.
