Senior Operations Program Manager, Google Beam

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain readiness during development, driving tactical execution and strategy.
• Define and establish plans for required manufacturing capacity and related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to implement manufacturing solutions.
• Manage internal and external partner relationships in various development and manufacturing models.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on the factory floor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in supplier negotiation and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience launching complex products with external partners.
• Ability to successfully launch multiple products with high-volume production.
