Senior Manager, Supply Chain, Data Center Equipment

This role is based in Austin, TX or Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:

$236000 - $330000/year + 25% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and grow a high-performing global team, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations for innovative technologies.
• Revolutionize end-to-end supply chain models to enhance efficiency.
• Orchestrate partnerships with global integrators to drive excellence.
• Interface between Engineering, Construction, and Finance for hardware integration.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management.
• 7 years of experience leading teams.
• Experience negotiating CapEx agreements with global manufacturers.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in a Technical or Engineering field.
